“… to invite in Paris the ecosystem’s main stakeholders, so that their vision and knowledge may guide the heads of States’ meeting.”

What about netizens, who represents them at the eG8? The are probably not “main stakeholders” enough in the Internet’s ecosystem, it would appear.
